Withdrawal Policy
Right of Withdrawal
If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you have the statutory right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party other than the carrier designated by you, takes physical possession of the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement.

You may exercise your right of withdrawal by:
- using the withdrawal button provided on our website (where available);

- sending us a letter by post; or
- using the model withdrawal form below.
If you use the withdrawal button on our website, we will promptly acknowledge receipt of your withdrawal on a durable medium (for example by email).
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Effects of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the standard delivery costs (except for any additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us).
The reimbursement will be made without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which we receive your notice of withdrawal.
We will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. You will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the returned goods or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever occurs first.
You must send back or hand over the goods without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which you notify us of your withdrawal.
The deadline is met if you send the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.
You are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
The statutory right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for:
- goods that are made to the consumer’s specifications or are clearly personalised;
- sealed goods which are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if the seal has been removed after delivery;
- goods which, after delivery, have been inseparably mixed with other items due to their nature.
